Join our barbell class for a great all over body workout. Lift, have a laugh and flex your way to your goals while our energetic instructors turn sweat into smiles. Come get your barbell on!
Using a mixture of high and low intensity routines, you’ll learn the correct technique and form for a range of Barbell movements. This will help to build a solid foundation for strength and muscle building.
