I’ve suffered with confidence issues my whole life and what has helped me overcome this is self development and working on my mindset. This is the reason why I am now a huge believer in the mind and think working on our mindsets is another key to happiness and a way to reach our own goals - so I incorporate this into my work too. As for fitness - I lift, run, and move because it makes me feel amazing. I turn into a strong superwoman in the gym and this is how I want all females to feel in life. Working out shouldn’t feel like a chore, it should free you and release you. You’ve just got to find your ‘thing’ and stick with it.
