HI I'M LUKE, HERE'S MY SOVEREIGN JOURNEY SO FAR...

Since the purchase of Sovereign Fitness nearly 3 years ago I have been responsible for shaping the gym into what it is today. I am continually searching for new machines to keep the gym well equipped and your workouts varied encouraging you to try new things and bring different training techniques to your daily workouts.
I currently run a varied number of classes at Sovereign Fitness including Boxercise, Spin, Circuits, Booty Abs Blast, Kettlebell, Strength & Conditioning and Youth Training. Whilst being fun these classes are designed to boost your cardiovascular fitness, muscle endurance, tone muscle and help you lose weight. As well as classes I can help you reach your fitness goals with personalised plans and nutritional advice.
