Having battled with anxiety and depression for many years I eventually sank so deep I needed help. I wanted to find a more natural approach to conquering it. Since starting on my journey I’ve become fitter, stronger, both mentally and physically, more social and managed to keep my bad spells to a minimum. I’ve worked on my mindset and conquered things I never thought would be achievable. Looking after yourself is so important, I think we tend to forget that in this busy culture of work, work, work.
