Our Circuits classes at Sovereign Fitness deliver a fast-paced, full-body workout designed to build strength, improve cardiovascular fitness, and burn serious calories. Each session takes you through a sequence of timed stations, targeting different muscle groups while keeping your heart rate high and your motivation higher.
No two classes are ever the same. Expect a varied mix of functional movements, bodyweight exercises, and resistance training, with intensity levels that can be scaled to suit beginners and seasoned gym-goers alike. You’ll be coached throughout, encouraged by the group, and pushed just enough to see real progress without feeling overwhelmed.
Circuits are perfect if you want structure, variety, and results - without having to plan your workout. Just turn up, get stuck in, and leave feeling fitter, stronger, and energised.
