Terms and Conditions


We reserve the right to change these at any given time and therefore recommend your check these periodically.

The club strongly recommends that you consult your doctor and get their medical approval before beginning a diet, exercise or structured fitness programme.

By signing the form on sign up you acknowledge that:

  • You have been informed of the need for medical approval before joining in any exercise and training programme that the club and its trainers will design for you.
  • You are voluntarily choosing to participate in physical activity / exercise programmes.
  • You agree that any information, instruction or advice given by Sovereign Fitness CANNOT be used as a substitute to that of your doctors advice / treatment.
  • You agree that any advice, instruction or information given to you by Sovereign Fitness is used at your own risk.
  • You agree to release and discharge Sovereign Fitness from any and all responsibility or liabilities from injury arising through your participation in any exercise programme or diet designed by Sovereign Fitness’s staff on your behalf.


Limitations of liability

Sovereign Fitness shall not be liable for damages arising out of or in connection with your participation in exercise designed by any member of the staff.

This is a comprehensive limitation of liability that applies to all damages of any kind, including(without limitation) compensatory, direct, indirect or consequential damages, loss of data, income profit, loss of damage to property and claims of third party.

Cancellation Declaration

I understand that ALL membership fees are non refundable.

I acknowledge membership is for an initial period of 3 months from the date of joining; therefore it is to continuous and expires only on cancellation.

I accept that I must give a FULL calendar month notice of cancellation.

Failure to notify the club will incur a cancellation charge of £50.00 and any cost unknown that may arise from this cancellation. All members who wish to cancel their membership must do so in writing, failure to do so will result in claim of another payment.
