Sovereign Fitness is located in Barncliffe Mills, a converted woolen mill within Shelley. The gym has natural brick walls, unique features and large windows and offers a friendly welcome whether you’re visiting for a one off session or one of the gyms long standing members.

We have a comprehensive range of equipment which we are continually adding to and updating. We have a team of Personal Trainers and Coaches. There's a vertical tanning booth onsite. There is also an independent Thai Massage Therapist working from the premises.
