Bootcamp

A total body workout that will burn fat and tone muscle whilst challenging your fitness levels.

This high intensity class involves moving around stations with timed bodyweight and free weight exercises that will be sure to get your heart rate up helping to improve your fitness.

A great class for boosting strength and endurance.
