STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING

Get ready to sweat, strain and lift your way to a more sculpted you. Our instructors will have you lifting like a champ whilst working those muscles harder than a dad mowing the lawn on a hot Sunday afternoon.

Our conditioning class uses a mixture of high reps and light weights. This structured workout focuses on building strength and aerobic fitness whilst covering compound movements like squats, deadlifts and overhead press.
