Worked in the fitness industry for several decades much of it in group exercise with a speciality in Pilates. Loved working with GP referral clients covering a range of low and medium long term conditions. I also have a passion for the 5 ways to wellbeing.
We know life gets in the way, physical health conditions, hormonal changes, and aging increase the challenges but the body is designed to move and this is so important for our overall mental and physical wellbeing.
And remember instructors are human too. We understand you are unique and have ideas of how you want your health and fitness journey to look like. We want to make it an enjoyable journey. Come chat and ask questions!
