    A combination of abdominal focused movements to fire up the entire core, not just the six pack, along with a blitz of high paced cardio thrown in.

    Our Core Blitz class is great for anyone looking to improve their core strength, posture and overall muscle development as well as working on their balance, co-ordination, breathing techniques and of course aiming to burn calories and tone up that midsection.
