Evening Classes:
Monday & Wednesday 6.00pm-6.454pm
Tuesday, Thursday & Friday 7.00pm-7.45pm
A fun, high intensity workout on a stationary bike focussing on aerobic endurance conditioning. This continuous ride will fluctuate from low to high intensity whilst remaining under your control allowing you to work at a pace that is right for you and your goals
